Through long-standing experience and close cooperation with industrial partners, our partner CHENGDU LONGCHENG HITECH MATERIALS has revised its entire range of PVB to better serve customer requirements. The new range encompasses four new standard types with the following viscosities:

The aim of the new CD line is to achieve better compatibility with the crosslinkers popularly used in Europe. Our partner has achieved this by making optimizations in the raw material (polyvinyl alcohol), which has the added benefit of allowing better management and control of the polymerization process by temperature and reaction time as key parameters.

CHENGDU LONGCHENG HITECH MATERIALS was founded in 2009 in Chengdu, China, and is a subsidiary of CHENGDU YULONG CHEMICAL. The company offers a comprehensive selection of both high- and low-viscosity PVB variants. Since 2017, it has also offered PVB films. Annual production capacity is 6,000 MT of PVB powder and 3,000 MT of PVB film. The company is ISO 9001 and 14001 certified.
