Fruit is an important pillar of our diet. Once a week, we therefore provide our employees with seasonal fruit.

We issue restaurant vouchers that can be redeemed at all accepting partners. The value of the vouchers depends on the weekly working hours.

The nearby park/forest offers various opportunities for sports activities during the lunch break or after work. After the sports activities, a shower is available in the house.

We celebrate the anniversaries of our employees and value their commitment in the form of a monetary contribution.

Company outings and corporate events are held annually. Fitness runs and social commitment are promoted. For example, the J.P. Morgan company run in Frankfurt am Main or the Hanau city run, a charity run for the benefit of women's shelters in Hanau.

IMPAG has taken out accident insurance for all employees, which applies to both business and private life.
IMPAG also contributes to the company pension plan.

IMPAG will pay an allowance for computer glasses every 3 years on presentation of a doctor's prescription.
